Vicki MacLeod

Vicki MacLeod is a telecommunications consultant with over twenty-five years' experience in government, policy, regulation and the telecommunications industry.  Former roles include as Manager, Pricing and Social Policy in the then Department of Communications in Canberra, and as Manager Public Policy and International Regulatory in Telstra.  Vicki was based in London from 1995 to 2000 and is a former Executive Director of the International Institute of Communications (IIC).  In 2002 Vicki moved to Paris, where she became a regular contributor to the work on information and communications policy by the OECD's Business and Industry Advisory Committee (BIAC).  Since returning to Australia in late 2004, she has continued to work as a consultant in the field of ICT policy and regulation.
