Jason Romney

Jason Romney has been at the forefront of interactive television, mobile content and broadband development, both in Australia and the US, for many years. His background spans newspaper publishing, telco strategy, online services and law. Most recently he has been the Managing Director of Australian interactive television company itvworld.com (which he founded six years ago) and Netvideo.com.au (a streaming media and mobile content company). His previous roles have included Australian Editor-in-Chief of Microsoft's MSNBC television and Internet service, Associate Editor for technology at the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper, arts and computer editor for The Herald and Herald Sun newspapers and Group Manager of Portal Content and Applications at Telstra.
