Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are registered for an event and are unable to attend, a substitute will be welcomed at no extra charge.  A full refund will be made for cancellations received in writing at least two weeks prior to an event.  A 50% refund will be sent for cancellations received in writing at least one week before the event.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than one week prior to an event.
