Mike Game is the Chief Operating Officer of Fairfax Digital - a division of John Fairfax Holdings Limited.

Mike was previously General Manager of mycareer.com.au - the online recruitment website operated by Fairfax Digital.  Mike has also held several other senior positions within Fairfax's Digital division.

Prior to joining Fairfax, Mike held a number of senior line management, staff and management consulting roles.  As senior manager at strategy management consultancy firm LEK Consulting, Mike undertook a range of major projects for clients including Medibank Private, Fletcher Challenge and BHP.

Mike has also held various positions within Shell Australia over a six year period, including a role as a refinery plant manager and a number of industrial and human relations roles.

Mike has a Chemical Engineering degree and an MBA from The University of Melbourne.
