Malcolm Alder leads KPMG's national advisory practice for the Information, Communications and Entertainment (ICE) industry sector.  He has been a consultant and advisor in media and telecommunications for the past 13 years during which time he has worked with operators, regulators, governments, investors and users in Australasia, Asia and North America.

Malcolm specialises in strategy, business development and performance improvement.  He co-wrote KPMG's whitepaper "Leaders or Laggards?  Australia's Broadband Future" and is currently working on a follow-up piece.
