Gerry Thorley

Group CEO, Eye Corp Pty Limited

Eye’s CEO, Gerry Thorley, joined Eye Corp in 2001, bringing 30 years of media experience to the company.  Entering the media industry in 1971 at Telecasters North Queensland (Townsville), Gerry has held management positions with the Seven Network and PBL, where he was CEO of the start-up company, EMTV, in Papua New Guinea in 1986.
 
Prior to joining Eye Corp, Gerry spent 11 years with Network Ten (Ten Network Holdings ASX Listing Prefix: TEN), initially as General Manager – ATV-10 Melbourne before relocating to Sydney to join the senior team as General Manager of Network Operations in 1993.  Gerry played a key role in the corporate reconstruction of the company in 1990/91 through to the
public listing in 1997.  
 
Eye Corp Pty Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ten with business units in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
