Katherine Sainty

Katherine Sainty is the Director of Sainty Law, and a former partner at DLA Phillips Fox.  Katherine is a corporate and commercial lawyer, and she established and headed the Technology, Media and Communications team at DLA Phillips Fox in Sydney.  Katherine has significant experience in the converging areas of technology, telecommunications, e-commerce, media, intellectual property and privacy.  She has advised major technology, communications and media companies as well as advising companies from all industry sectors on technology and communications issues.  Katherine has been recognised in the latest edition of Chambers Global, The World's Leading Lawyers, as pre-eminent in her field.

Katherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Laws.
